Omer Ben-David is a writer-director working across narrative film, music videos, and commercials. His short film Premiere screened at Palm Springs International ShortFest, received Jury Honors at the Columbia University Film Festival, and was selected for WME FutureFest. His earlier short Quality Time received three awards at the Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival and screened internationally. His music video My Everything for Kutiman won Best Music Video at HollyShorts and received an honorable mention from the Berlin Music Video Awards. His work also includes music videos for A-WA and Tair Haim, and commercials for IKEA, L’Oréal, Lancôme, Wolt, and Pentera. He directed work for IKEA’s Cannes Lions Grand Prix-winning ThisAbles campaign. His feature screenplay Who Lives There?, co-written with Vera Grinblat, received the Emerging Filmmaker Award at the Sam Spiegel International Film Lab. He holds an MFA in Film from Columbia University and studied at the Steve Tisch School of Film, TAU. He is currently editing his debut fiction feature, Once Upon a Time in Jerusalem. He also works in script coverage and development at John Fogel Entertainment Group.
